Who I Am

I grew up in a pastor’s family in Northeast North Dakota and Northwest Minnesota, where I learned the importance of overseas missions. At 12, during a camp in Devils Lake, North Dakota, God called me to be a missionary, a calling He has nurtured ever since. My passion for reaching the lost, especially Muslims, grew through my education at Bethel University in Minnesota, where I also studied abroad in Morocco, deepening my love for North Africans. After graduating, God opened doors for me to work with the North Dakota District, earn an MBA in Missional Leadership, and teach as a substitute. These experiences have only strengthened my heart for both local and global discipleship. Through it all, my desire to serve and share the Gospel has only deepened.

Where I'm Going

France is a nation rich in culture, from its cuisine and fashion to its art and history of Christianity, evident in its many cathedrals. It also has a deep legacy of pursuing liberty and equality. Despite this, many still live in darkness, as France is a highly secular nation and has the highest percentage of Muslims in Western Europe. While it may seem to have it all, true freedom and satisfaction cannot be found in anything of this world or in any religion—but only in Jesus. He alone can bring the liberty that the world cannot offer. Praise the Lord, God is moving in France! The church is growing, and people are responding to the Truth!

Why I'm Going

I am excited to be able to partner with what God is already doing in France, specifically in Grenoble France! I will be joining a Training Hub to receive mentorship, additional training, and support in determining which ministry in which to focus. Some of these ministries involve working with Le Refuge (a church), university students, community outreach to Muslims, and PILGRIM Coffee house (a coffee shop and prayer house). Wherever the Lord specifically leads, my hope is to share Christ, disciple others, and raise up disciple-makers.
