Prayer Points:
That we would love well, sacrificially even, during this time of welcoming new students and helping them to find a place in the community of Christ.
The city has refused our request for permission to do our “Coffee to Go” saying that it was “proselytizing”, although this identical request was approved in March. Please pray for favor with the government as we appeal this decision, and boldness and creativity to proclaim the Gospel in other ways.
Please pray for our local pastor, Philippe, who continues to have health problems, dealing with heart and lung issues.
For Aidan, Gabriel, and Théo as they go back to school, and for Amanda and I as we try to lead them in the ways of His Kingdom.
Joe and I have been asked to help facilitate a monthly cohort for our fellow missionary colleagues who are currently itinerating. This will be time of fellowship were veterans will speak into our lives and encourage new global workers as they prepare to share the gospel all over Africa. It's exciting to be a part of the Africa One House family. Pray for our missionary family as we work together to see an increasing redeemed and transformed Africa
Matthew and his cross country team could use prayer for Bronchitis. It has been going around and all the athletes would love to be 100% again.
Thank you for praying for the children in the Simon neighborhood. They live with little resources and are so vulnerable to many things that children should never be exposed to. Pray for God's provision for all the meals and resources needed to run the foundation. The pastos and leadership team.
For the construction of the new church building in Simon Bolivar. Wisdom, guidance and direction as we begin a bakery that will help to sustain the building and children's feeding program. The leadership team at the church and faithfulness of the people.
Creativity as we prepare for our speaking assignments at the Children's Ministry trianing in Bangladesh.
Monthly budget: there's a number that made commitments and either didn't start giving OR have stopped. Following up with these!

An often overlooked and generally one of the larger unreached people groups in a country is the deaf population. This is true in Guinea. There are 145,000 deaf living in Guinea and 89% are muslim with only 4.5% considering themselves christian. Will you pray with us to specifically for God to call people to come to Guinea and work among the deaf population?
