John and Bethany Baker serve as missionaries with Global University. John has been named the International Advancement Director for GU.

Before becoming missionaries, the Bakers served Michigan churches in Cheboygan, Newberry and Coldwater for over twenty-six years combined. They have have four grown children, to of whom are in full-time Christian service. They also boast of five grandchildren about whom they would love to tall to you about all day.

Prior to serving at Global University the Bakers were missionary pastors on the island nation of Curaçao, having been invited by the Assemblies of God leadership there to help them.
