Serving in Belgium, Europe
Biblical training to reach secular Europe with the Gospel
While we were students preparing for an exam at North Central University, Jessica started sharing about God’s call and her passion to serve as a missionary. It was at that moment that Justin said to himself, “This is the woman I have to marry.”
After graduation and getting married, we moved to Boston and Scotland where Justin went to school to study the Bible. Justin spent seven years teaching the Old Testament at NCU, while also getting ordained with the MN District. Along the way, we had two awesome kids: Toby and Savannah.
In 2017, we moved to Brussels, Belgium to serve as Missionary Associates at Continental Theological Seminary. We also served at an international church and did training with student ministry in Europe. While we were there, we heard the unmistakable call of God to return and give our lives to see the light of the Gospel shine bright in all the dark places of Europe.
Out of Europe’s 741 million people, only 2.5% have a personal relationship with Jesus. While that number may seem small, we believe God has a big plan to revitalize the church in Europe.
After serving over two years as Missionary Associates, God has called us to return to Brussels, Belgium to help train young men and women to reach secular Europe with the Gospel. We will be working at Continental Theological Seminary, which is Europe’s largest Pentecostal Bible school. Students come from over 30 nations to study before returning home as pastors, evangelists, church planters and missionaries. The school is rapidly expanding through extension sites and online programming to help train more leaders in Europe.
We are also praying about being a part of a church plant team in Brussels.
