We want to start church wide training for small group leadership in the fall, leading to our launch of small groups in Feb. 2027. Our hope is to have a small group in each one of the 19 “communes” (like burroughs in New York, or wards in New Orleans) of Brussels. Our church is situated in the middle of a lot of development, with approx. 3000 new apartments having been or being built around us. We want to extend an invitation to each one of these homes. Training: We have 1 intern couple, Belgian, that we’re training in pastoral ministry, and another missionary couple on the way from America, arriving in spring 2027. We’ve been talking with both of them about church planting out of our church; Please pray for these 2 couples to have faith and grow in their callings. Wisdom in parenting 1 teenager, 1 almost teenager, and 1 who thinks he’s a teenager. ;-)
