“As we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone.” Galatians 6:10a
Please praise God with us and pray with us:
* Our students of the Dominican Republic were challenged, inspired, and transformed by the Christian Social Ethics course earlier this month. Before leaving to return to their ministries, they shared that they have new eyes to recognize social issues and to act beneficially in their communities. We praise God!
Thank you!

We along with 4 members of our GEMS team from Botswana are in Ghana for the World Congress. We are exhibitors and will get to meet pastors, missionaries, evangelists, and leaders from all over the world and tell them about GEMS as a tool to reach children. Please pray for divine appointments, health, strength and energy for all 3 days in the heat and humidity.
The International Church is currently meeting in hotel on Sunday mornings. We have been praying and searching for a meeting place that we can call home, a place to meet on Sundays and a center where vital ministry is carried out for the entire week.
Matthew is loving his new school and has made many great new friends. He has a church he is plugged into as well. Pray as he is working hard to earn the money he will need for next semester's Room and Board. He is being diligent and tithing faithful so we trust and believe that God will provide. He is also working on scholarships applications so pray for favor with those as well.
Abigail is doing well in Kenya. Pray that she learns all the Lord intended for her there and for her to also hear His voice clearly as she is in the final month of her internship.

Please pray for safe travel, good health, smooth logistics, strong teamwork, and flexibility throughout the trip. Pray for clear communication through translation and for wisdom and sensitivity as we teach and serve across cultures.
Please also pray for the pastors, leaders, and children’s workers who will participate in the training—that they will be encouraged, strengthened, and equipped with practical tools they can use in their own ministries.

UPDATE: WE HAVE FOUND A GUINEAN TUTOR ONLINE!!! WE ARE USING THE APP PREPLY WHICH CONNECTS LEARNERS WITH NATIVE SPEAKERS. IT HAS BEEN TREMENDOUSLY HELPFUL AND ENCOURAGING. KEEP THE PRAYERS COMING. ...*****We need to go to the next level in French. We have all learned enough to function and to do ministry, but we want to be able to go deep here. For real discipleship and for teaching and training, we need to improve. 2 specific prayer requests are for divine help, learning language in your 40s is not as easy as your teens or 20s. It's not impossible but we need help. We also need to find creative solutions for making time. Our schedules here are FULL! But this is a priority so we need wisdom from the Lord on how to prioritize it in our schedule!
In communities across Latin America and the Caribbean — from Venezuela to the Dominican Republic to Colombia — our teachers, staff, and students are navigating daily realities marked by economic hardship, community unrest, and personal grief.
-A teacher praying for open hearts in the classroom
-A student asking for healing for his mother with cancer
-A school director facing unrest in their community
This is the reality behind the mission. And this is where your prayers make all the difference.
We invite you to print the requests below. Keep them in your Bible. Tape them to your fridge.
Let them become part of your own walk with Christ — because we truly can’t do this without you.
