Planting Churches in The Last Frontier of Mexico

While many think of Mexico as a reached nation, it is one of the few countries in Latin America that has yet to experience a spiritual revival. Hundreds of communities throughout the central region of the nation—The Last Frontier—have little to no gospel witness.

The Sislos have entered the story of The Last Frontier and are committed to establishing churches among those unengaged with the good news of Jesus Christ.

Shawn and Carolina currently serve as regional mentors for church planters and are primarily responsible for training emerging leaders to plant churches. In addition, they mentor pastors of established churches to help rekindle a missional focus to reach their communities, make disciples, and plant churches throughout the region.

By faith, and in partnership with the Mexican Church, the Sislos envision the planting of fifty new disciple-making churches throughout the region.
