No one should have to live without the opportunity of hearing about Jesus and making Him Lord, no matter if they are from a sprawling urban center, a remote jungle village, or an island in Asia Pacific. They deserve to hear of God's love and how Jesus can transform their lives just as He has yours. This Gospel must boldly go to where people do not yet know!

David and Sheryl are disciple makers - missionary disciple makers. This IS who they are. This IS what they do. Their passion is to train global-minded disciples to advance the Gospel to where people have to live life on the edge to share the Good News. The goal is equip disciples to establish communities of Christ-followers in places where the Church is not, wherever disciples go.

David and Sheryl live in Cebu City, Philippines, a strategic, pivotal city to reach Asia Pacific and beyond. They serve in three primary areas: (1) launch and pastor an international church and disciple training center to reach expats from around the world who live, study, and do business there; (2) train and equip pastors on multiple islands with Bible courses and discipleship strategies; and (3) teach at Immanuel Bible College, a prime training institution producing ministers and missionaries serving the Asia Pacific region and beyond. 

Prior to marriage, David served in the Philippines on a MAPS assignment. Together, David and Sheryl have served as missionaries in Latin America and, more recently, as pastors and church planters in the U.S. David has served as an instructor for Bible, ministerial studies, church conflict resolution, and discipleship strategies. Sheryl has led youth teams on overseas AIM trips and led in-church teams for women and children's ministries. David and Sheryl have assisted in training missionaries to live and travel safely in some of the most challenging places of the world.
