HELLO!

We serve in Estonia running a specialty coffee shop and community center in the charming capital city of Tallinn. 

OUR STORY 

Our story began in 2007 when Jordy (from Miami) moved to Elizabeth's home state of Minnesota to play college football at Minnesota West in Worthington, MN. Jordy met Elizabeth on one of his first days being in the far north, but more importantly Jordy met Jesus later that fall and his life was radically changed. Jordy and Elizabeth later graduated from Trinity Bible College and afterward began working there. From 2013-2019, they served in the college's missions department (PackYourBags), marketing and enrollment, and on the leadership team. In 2019 God stirred their hearts for the unreached in Estonia. They moved to Estonia in the fall of 2020.

OUR MINISTRY

Make coffee, share Jesus. Make disciples, plant the church. This is what we do! In Our team runs a specialty coffee shop in the capital city of Tallinn. This shop provides a “third place” aside from home and work where people can enjoy quality coffee, exchange ideas, and find community. We are passionate about coffee— everything from the science of it to sourcing and serving it, but our passion for the lost is much greater. We dream of seeing a disciple-making and church planting movement in our country using our cafe as a catalyst.
