The Adams Family (Micah, Karissa, Elijah, and Raeah) are missionaries to the Amazon Jungles of Bolivia. They live in the small city of Cobija. Their primary focus in ministry is to the remote Under-served, Unreached, and Unengaged Indigenous Tribal Groups, primarily through biblical teaching using the Orality (Storytelling) method; most indigenous groups in Bolivia are still highly oral in culture. In 2024, they founded the first Orality Bible Institute in Bolivia, making biblical learning accessible to students in their own language without requiring the ability to read or write. In this way students can learn about God’s Word in their context, empowering them to return to their villages to share God’s word with their own people. The Adams also share and teach this method, upon invitation, to all parts of Bolivia so that all 36 indigenous tribal groups of Bolivia may one day also have access to God’s Word in a culturally relevant way.

In addition to biblical teaching, the Adams are involved in children’s ministry, church planting, English training for Bolivian missionaries to foreign (many closed) fields, men’s ministry, and much more.

They served as missionary associates among the rural communities and tribal groups in the Amazon Jungles of Peru through evangelism, discipleship, and training from 2017-2019. They also served in Costa Rica from 2015-2016 with at-risk children, demonstrating God’s love, protection, and plan for the children’s lives.
