After Serving as pastoral staff for 15 years and serving with Assemblies of God World Missions in Tanzania, Africa for 3 years. Adam and Aleica Fogelman felt God stir their hearts to the urban cities of Africa. During this season of prayer and wrestling with the direction God was taking them, a new ministry was being dreamed up by the Africa Leadership Team. Through many discussions the Foglemans decided to join this new church planning initiative called Urban Tribes. 

Urban Tribes is taking a team approach to church planting in the urban cities of Africa. Presently Africa is the fastest urbanizing continent in the world. with over 61% of the population moving into cities. These cities are not just the capitals of the government, but also major influencers of the culture of these countries. We believe that God is positioning and calling AGWM Africa to plant high impact global churches in gateway cities of Africa. 

Now that the Urban Tribes Church in Durban is running and growing the Foglemans are moving to Windhoek, Namibia to lead a team and plant a new urban church.
