Charles and Kathleen McMillen have served as Assemblies of God missionaries in Africa for the past 11 years. They first ministered in Sierra Leone, West Africa and are presently serving in Zambia, Southern Africa. Prior to their missionary career the McMillen's pastored for 30 years in the USA.

They focus on training pastors at Christian Leaders Training Institute in the capital city of Lusaka, and evangelism seminars in the 2,100 Assembly of God affiliated churches in Zambia. The theme of their ministry is,”Bringing people to Jesus”.(John 1:42)
