The Travers have been in ministry for nearly 30 years. They have ministered as Youth/Young Adult Pastors and as Senior Pastors in California and Colorado. During their ministry in Colorado, each Summer they helped facilitate an International Youth Camp in Europe. Through this camp, God stirred their hearts for missions and the people of Europe. In 2014 they began their missions journey and in October 2015 were commissioned as full-time missionaries. 

Since 2017 they have served as Pastors of True Life KMC in Kaiserslautern, Germany. True Life KMC is an English-speaking International church strategically located near Ramstein Air Base, Vogelweh Army Garrison, and Landstuhl Army Hospital. This area is home to more than 60,000 troops, DoD civilians, contractors, and their families. There is also a large international community. It is the largest population of U.S. personnel outside the U.S.

Their mission is to reach the diverse community around them with the Good News of Jesus, disciple them, and send them out to reach the world!

Paul and Lori have 2 children. Ryan and his wife Ashley live in Texas and Jordyn is with them in Germany.
